ok .......first 50 minutes sculpting ........
Took a lot of bending rotating and moving to get that guy into this pose thats for sure ........spent most of the time trying to get it to work Definatly inspired by the famous Arron sims and his quad robot ....i will be however making mine more organic with some huge kind of cybertronic blaster |

Righto .....about 2 h 40 m
Still working on lots including intergrating the gun And if anyone is wondering how i got 2 guns with one mesh .......it intersects though the body of the beast in a U shape .......happy to show images if anyone is interested Also a question ............could we make part of the rules to state that we can use a darker shade of the same colour to differentiate the mech and organic parts......would make the models POP more i think Kind of like when you have a subtool ............ONLY 2 colours allowed anyway .....blah blah |

McClish: Certainly, you can pose your character any way you want, as long as it is within Zbrush/Mudbox, just like the others said.
Fenixy: I like where this is going ![]() mrpeculiar: Good idea with the 2 colors. It's now implemented. Excellent use of the human mesh, and great idea with the U shaped weapon, to get two of them.Update: Everyone can use two base colors to differentiate between organic and mechanic.

Either by selection ( or mask/freeze ), or by polypaint. Just two colors ( one for organic, and one for mechanic ), and no texturing.

The easiest way to do this is paint in with a mask then use the extract in the subtools. Then you have a new mesh with the holes in it where you need them but I don't know if this is allowed?

Astaroth & Darchand: Sorry, cutting the mesh isn't allowed - only sculpting. All I changed from the initial mesh was separate the objects into separate .obj files.
WildWire: Excellent, keep it up! That's out of this world ![]()
