the layout is nice and clean. Functional. Simple. Only a few things to think about. The header "still room" and "motion room".....you should really try to be straight forward, especially if the site is for potential clients/employers. Try "illustrations" or "stills" and "animation". Also your thumbnails are cropped thumbs, try to do scaled thumbnails instead as its easier for a client to get a feel for the piece b4 opening, instead of guessing what it is. This will get more serious when your volume of work grows. Also make the thumbnail clickable.
Thats all. I use carbonmade. http://leighin3d.carbonmade.com. and wordpress http://leightaylor.wordpress.com. Might need to switch over to own domain for more professional feel but they work as is.
