Nice work, realy organic, yet has mechanical. This one has certainly kept me looking, trying to work it out.
Not shure about the platform colour, the way it has a certain iluminated colour patch feel to it. Nice comp, would look nice framed, thanks for sharing. |

Texturing lighting and comp is pretty cool, I like it, maybe just where the sphere is broken the egdes are a bit to smoothed, instead of being sharp and broken.

I feel like I need a bit of explanation with this piece. Maybe there's something I'm not getting? What is the device? I feel like there's a lot going on here, that I'm just not understanding
Other than that, the texturing and lighting is excellent. Very believable and aged textures. Things you might change: perhaps add a little bit of bump to the texture. It would benefit from some scratches or dents in the surface. Also, the cracked edges seem a little too uniform. Making things appear random can be one of the most difficult things in any kind of art form. This is a very nice, unique piece. |
