Hello, can anyone help me with this problem I am having with CS. When ever I attach a model to a biped and then animate the biped. Certain vertex of the model seem to stay where they are. like in the example picture.

You need to adjust the envelopes of physique or skin so that all the verts in the mesh are attached to the bones. It is an extremely rare occasion when you don't need to adjust any envelopes at all.
