Looks clean and fresh, I like it.
The one thing I did notice (and maybe it's just on my machine) is that the new 'Post Reply' button has some artifacting since it's now on black, and not the previous light color. Other than that, looks great! |

Nice!
 For caching problems, do a hard refresh (Ctrl+F5 in firefox and possibly others). Something I noticed: The links in the top row (Awards, User CP, FAQ, etc.) could use some more spacing IMHO (Firefox 3.0.14 on WinXP).

Mhhmmm... I liked the old design... But the new one is also nice and I know how much effort it makes to change the design.
One negative point: The background is black, so the whole page is a bit dark because of the black/blue contrast. In my oppinion a light grey will be a much better background... |

It may just have been my imagination but didn't the forum have a background pattern before? O.o
Looks sleek and clean though. The only thing is tha navbar links. They are stuffed together on the right side of the bar.
