Did some one jack his other shoe. Sweet design, he looks like he his going to have a lots of upper body strength.

No need to sculpt other shoe if you are just going to duplicate it on the low poly.
Sculpt looks good so far, but he seems very top heavy to me lol. You might also want to get rid of some of the symmetry, especially on the pants. Add different wrinkles to each side to they look more natural.
