SR_6274 - The Slayer - Runic Slayer
I know I'm getting a real late start on this, and I hope I can finish. After finishing my speed modeling entry, I thought a runic type warrior would be cool. Here is where I am at with the base mesh so far. Still adding accessories and still have to do the weapon. I am currently at 5656 tris.
Any comments or critiques are greatly appreciated.

I think I am done with the base mesh. Just have to add a weapon and sheath, and the belts to hold the sheath on. Hopefully will have that added tomorrow, then on to sculpting.

excellent base! it's gonna be a lot of fun putting sculpt details on this guy..
the pose feels static.. but it's nothing the move brush and transpose can't fix when zbrushed.. nice work.. keep it up. =) Last edited by pogimonz; 13-11-2009 at 07:00 AM.. |

Thanks guys.
pogimonz : Yea, I will definately pose him a little either in zbrush or fully rig him (if I have time) to put in a more dynamic pose. chris_solo : You are correct. It does appear he has no backside at all. Maybe it's all the baddies he's been fighting have taken too many bites out of it I will fix it to give him a better shape back there.
