SMC M#01 - Avishek - Legendary Weapon - Indian Mace

Hi guys,

This is my second entry. I have modelled an Indian mace. This weapon was actually used in the ancient day of the Maharajas or the solders in India
(one example where this weapon was famous was the character Bhima in the Indian Epic Mahabharata. He was known for his strength and his perfect execution of the weapon). Its was completely made of iron and its length was roughly from a mans hip to the ground. It is called "The Gada" in India.

This weapon needed some sheer physical strength to unleash the devastating power upon the enemies. One powerful blow and the enemy is akin to a mashed potato.

I like it! nice render avishek! ...so the bump could imagine golden aluminum instead of metal ...

Not exactly. Actually it was some kind of iron alloy, golden or copper coated. But it is for use, it was made of iron. Maybe the Maharajas were so rich that they moulded the whole thing with gold.
