Finished my model today and did some clay renders, its Wilhelms Tell's tripleshot Crossbow "Dreitöter", hope you like it, lots of arrays and shapestuff used

I did some drawings first, but they're too ugly to show, my goal was that the crossbow should work in reality too.
Some details like the leather wrapping are quite easy to do, i detached some polys of the handle, put a taper & a shell modifier on them and cloned them using array.

Sooo, the contest is coming to an end, and i did some texturing today, nothing fancy and still too clean, but i hope youll like it.

I decided to do some white clay renders for the final submission thread, here we go:

Ok here is the first beautyshot, Maxwell used for rendering, Lighting done with HDRI.
Im rendering another shot with another HDRI now, if i wake up early enough, ill do some detail shots too
