need help....

with Photoshop, i would like to rotate a Bezier Curve around his bottom point, duplicating it to form a kind of Flower with his petals....like this one, behind the C:

Cant u do edit -> transform -> flip horizontal or vertical. But i dont know what u exactly mean by the picture well maybe it helps maybe it doesn't
