my concept is a combo of:
"V" from v for vendetta
Plague Doctor, since i won't use it in my digital paint.
female
and a sweet rifle

so we'll see how this all fits together.

oh and the world i was envisioning fell to chaos and disease and nuclear radiation from fallout... which she herself might have fallen victim to.
