Hello to all of you...
I just wanted to remind all of you that the preview of the submitted competition work, will commence tomorrow (Jun 5th) at 12:01 am US Central Time.
So far there have been some 30+ submissions to the competition Database and we do anticipate that this number will easily double by the 15th submission deadline, so hurry up and get your work in.

Now a little more about the voting.
Quite few of you have asked about how are we going to vote on the submitted work? Well, you will.
In detail - after the 15th submission deadline, we will enable the voting mechanism. You will be asked to cast your vote based on the artistic, technical and originality merits. Total number of submitted votes adds to the score as well. Go to the Rules Section for more detail.

Also, to motivate users to vote for every piece of submitted artwork, we are giving away The Ultimate Textures CD (our internal textures cd - I'm not kidding - it's awesome) to the randomly chosen registered user who cast his/hers vote for AT Least 80% of the artwork submitted. That should help to make the contest a really exciding event (the texture CD would sale for at least $50+ if we only wanted to release it for general sale). OK
