looks alright!
as far as i know, it is a good idea to try to make the polys size close to even for the base mesh so it will make your life easier while sculpting.

Very nice sculpting so far, congratulations
The only thing i think looks better in the Sketch is the "Juggernaut" tipe
of head, i really love it in the design

Hey snake! Nice progress, you have them muscles pretty believable.
I think, that on the concept, the head was a bit bigger, and now its too small. Maybe the hair you mentioned will solve this problem.
