well after a few weeks of study i have time again to participate in this challenge. This time i will try to create a futuristic solar power explorer drill.

have u tried making the spikes on the model match the size of the spikes in the concept? I think the tire spikes should be a little bigger on the model.
but good start man |

final model after 240 minutes. The drill is extended when it is going to be used and is retracted when the unit has to move.

And TNTxGRAVE i try to use bigger spikes but they seem too unreal. That's why i choose to use the small ones. |

Fair enough. As long as you tried. the final model turned out great...now unwrap and texture...muahahahahahahahahaha

the wireframe views. I think i collapsed the tire at some point with turbosmooth that's why there are so many edges.
