Since car threads are running well, I decided to post my first car, too. Still a lot to do, especially tweaking, maybe some refining. Crits? Comments?

But I used none of this methods. It is still one single object. I modeled this starting with a plane and then shift copied the edges, later deleted a few faces where the holes are.

FCR: It looks very nice but don't forget to give depth to the columns and the detached parts.

Huh? Where did you find my old thread? Well, since it's up again, a very small update. Thanks to the solidify modifier, which is also for free for max 4.x now, the parts have depth now. I'll work later on the car. Have other things to do first.

Don't worry. It's all in a "To do" folder, together with my chessboard, a room and my fantasy char.
But it's good to know that someone cares...
