ok i have my own speculation ....this job can be done from Lee perry smith or a member of his crew and i think about it just couse, they have "recently" buy 3d scanners a go go that would have make possible for them to capture face expression and put them in face robot for facial animation (with this amazing result, not possible just with traditional modelling+animation tecniques, altough wihtout 8 month to do it), lets ad "f.a.c.s.", they mention aswell xsi and lightwave (lee its using lightwavave since his first project) not mentioning that that amazing video as been given with the tips of? lee perry smith the only thing not clear for me is why no one as already come out saying it..but im pretty sure this will happend at the right time, maybe when enough attention as been gathered or some "correlated" project as come out, anyway i agree with everyone, its really a nice job..

I can't stop watching it, I keep trying to find faults with it and yet I can't. Everything about this is just jaw droppingly and painstakingly detailed, the attention to every little thing especially expressions in the face is just amazing.

I hope the creator reveals himself/herself soon and then a making of will be very high in demand

This is just amazing. I've heard one person put this together on it's own, and that, in my opinion, makes it a special kind of short. It brings me back to the whole reason I got into CG...that a single artist "can" bring such vivid visions to others without corruption.

I put this right up there with F8, 405, Tetra Vaal, This Wonderful Life, The Cathedral...just one of those works that lets you know yes, you can bend reality around your imagination...not necessarily the other way around!
