Gift to the Gods - Ultimate Sacrifice - Kirgan
Will join this one has well. Have quite a record of unfinished comps here.
But hopefully I can finish this one. Have an idea that I think is quite good. Will start the concept modeling today, will post an update tonight.

Is that a baby the person is holding? Are they going to sacrifice the him? Would be cool to know the story behind this.

oh, here is a short back story:
The Gods wanted a human child to raise, here you can see the the gods taking the child. Both the parents is crying and the child is trying to reach for his mother. Think this concept is better:

That's easier to understand indeed, wouldn't it be better if the persons taking the child could face the door? Also watch out for composition, there is a lot of free space on the right.

i'd turn the person leading the child towards the door a bit more and have the child hanging back more - add a bit of conflict to it as well perhaps the person could be mid stp and the child resisting
also - maybe make the doorkeeper/god chap a bit taller to set them apart from the humans? this is good and dark though, very emotional - I like it. |

I see the potential in the piece. Some dynamic poses might help to convey the emotion in the piece.
