New update. Real quick test bake on the head, turned out all right, the uvs need a bit of work before the final bake. Posting a wireframe of the head too, still need a bit of work.

you might need to simplify the mesh by the time you are done the body, but dude, you didn't lloose any detail; it looks boss. lol you pretty much have my vote if it comes to that...unless if I can get around to doing my sculpting for mine.... then i'll give you some competition >
