Real object size modeling.

hi guys!

I am kind of new to 3d modeling and I am starting to appreciate the value of using real scale objects in my scenes to help with photometric lights and stuff like that.

I have been using blueprints from the internet as reference most of the time but I want to be little bit more precise.

My question is, is there a way to get blueprints with real size measurements?

I mean, right now Im trying to build a Pool Table and I would like to know more or less the dimensions of "everything"...

I found this: http://www.wpa-pool.com/index.asp?content=rules_spec.

Very helpful indeed except for the fact that english is not my native language and I dont know what some of the objects are. So an image (blueprint) with the dimensions written there would be more helpful to me than just text and in this particular case the-blueprints.com is not helping me much.

Any help or advice on other ways to do this kind of work would be appreciated!
