Cylinder->noice->extrude along spline->extrude edge->noice thats all

Thats cool! The most creative I ever got in max with its modeling tools is once I needed to make some tarp for a vehicle. So I use reactor cloth to simulate a cloth. I droped it from low altitude onto the truck and then ran the high rez plan through a reduction program and then all but 5 mins modeling and I had awesome low poly tarp with wrinkles.

You're modelling is very strong, lovely detailing, remember don't worry too much about texturing you can do that after you've finished your scene, they judge you on your modelling anyway not beauty renders.

I'm liking the newly added pully system but you're rope needs to be smoother.
