creating water drops on a surface in 3ds max? help please

hi, im trying to create cherrys and have water droplets randomly scattered across their surface in a similar manner of the image below.
any ideas? thanks

model a few droplets on the surface of various size,then use the scatter tool to multiply and disperse them over the surface.
search "scatter" tool in max help files
