Movie Mashup - Mad Max meets Dukes Of Hazard - DarkBoost
Nice challenge, I have been wanting to model both the Interceptor and the General Lee for a long time... now I have a reason!
Here is the first looks of the Interceptor... lots of work to do. I have refined a base shape and started adding detail to the front and side, moving onto the windows and rear next. |

have not had alot of time this week... worked a little more on the engine, shaped the bonet vents and front windscreen.

Thanks for all the positive comments!
Here is some more progress... Its a great car to model, lots of challenges, love the movie and during research for references I discovered that a new Mad Max film is in the works! |

@chunkymunky thanks buddy, I am happy my progress is being enjoyed by others. Regarding Tire Tread I will use a displacement map which when setup correctly can look just as good as being modelled. Also saves on poly count which is much needed as currently with TurboSmooth set to Iterations: 2 is 1.8Million polys!

unwrapped the tire tread and playing around with some textures and displacement.
