Hey some of the models are pretty good, but i would say that the camera is too erratic as you cant see the detail that you have put into your models

Snapshot is absolutely brilliant so as the video. You have really the potential to be the modeler. Fine work.

The outcomme is always the most importent.
Something good is always better then something not so good. Dont pretend you are working for ILM. Make it more simple, but with greater result.
In a studio, nobody have the time going thru peoples demo reals. They save them for a special day. So when that day commes. They will look on maybe 20 to 50 reals. They will give each a few sec. Maybe they save the five greatest, if they are good, and pass them around. Nobody will think, yeah itīs not to good, but he is alone. That scene is not to easy with all environmental **** and particles etc. First part is the overal quallity. Modeling, texturing and rendering. Then how fast you can do it.
I would specialize in one area only. Cant be No1 modeler, render tech, lightartist, textureartist and animator etc.
Good luck
