CityEngine PRO and the standard solution CityEngine STUDIO (valid until December 31 2010):

CityEngine 2010.3 PRO: $3950 instead of $4950 (= Xmas discount of $1000)
CityEngine 2010.3 STUDIO: $1495 instead of $1695 (= Xmas discount of $200)
