Brazil render tips

Hi, i have download last time the Vray demo and i have found the manual on their homepage, so i can use some function better. Now i have the free brazil version, but i can`t find anny manual on this homepage. Wha are the best params to render a close room with one light? You can see here for which scene i need the config.

Hi, i have add now an omni light, and under gerneral light options i have check shadows, but if i render, i can`t see anywhere shadows. What must i do, to render with shadows?

And what is the right? I can make the enviroment color to white to get a better result. Can make radiosity, light-tracer or logarithmische lighning. What i must use to make a real light in a room?

edit:
if i make a new scene with the omni light i have shadows, but in my room i haen`t any shadows. Whats wrong here?

now i have shadows, i don`t know, i have nothing change. Bit plz help me which configuration which i have listed on the top is the right.

If i change to area shadows and render, there aren`t any shadows, but if i change to brazil shadows i can see them all, but these are to hard.

Why nobody can say me how i get area-shadows with an brazil omni light. I need it

I can't give 1.x support here :P

But considering others may be interested, area shadows with brazil lights should be in 1.2 - you try using it with a regular max light instead, or actually use an arealight.
