Author: Andrius Balciunas Email Address: cryinghorn@gmail.com Website: http://www.cryinghorn.com Image Title: Homesick Software Used: 3dsmax, zbrush, photoshop, mentalray Description: Here is my latest work. I started to develop the concept last summer and I liked it so much that I decided to put more work then usual. The most challenging part was table and the ornaments. I modeled them in classic poly modeling way which was quite a lot of work. This is the biggest personal project I've done so far. Hope you'll like it. Cheers! |

I would kill for a wireframe of that table.
Overall I love the image. It's beautiful, and the mood is nice. If I can crit anything it would be the woman. She looks great, but something about her skin seems off -- not wrong -- just off, like she doesn't integrate with her surroundings quite as well as she could. Great overall though.

Ace finish on this render, the girl look a bit CGI, some what dull in the skin tones compared to the rest of the image that have the look and feel of a masterpiece oil painting. Obv the whole picture is of great quality but in a way the lower portion of the image really steals the show, at least if you're a digital artist yourself.

That's some crazy detail if it's actually mesh. Nice.
