mech walker leg wip

this is a mech walker leg im working on it will be fully rigged with pistons /springs /hoses etc i will keep posting updates

You must be working in mechanic engineering (or you'd made studies of this subject). I love the realism you're putting in this scene !

I don't understand the use of 2 pistons for the end arm... the top one is enough i think.

nice modeling you have there . i like the functionalitie, but i agrea with JoeLaFrite007 about the use of two rows of pistons, and disagrea about the top one to be enough. i'd say lower ones are enpugh cause in real life enginiers wont put them in to cause the forses that pistons should handle are way bigger on top of the mechanism than i lower part. and the second point it would require quite good timing and aditional electronics to sinchronise these pistons so they would'nt fight with each other when working. so i'd advise you to put bigger pistons in the bottom and if you want more details and more parts in top so put some guns for god's sake . guns allways look cool and gives you more points for your work .
