Selecting Tris

I am using Max 11, I am just curious if there is a way to select the object, then highlight all the tris? I am working on a model to be imported into Zbrush, and I am trying to get 100% quads, and I thought I have gotten them all but when I export the mesh is says I have 13 triangles, I can not find them so I was hoping there might be a way for max to select them so I can just find them and get rid of them. Thanks!

you can use a script to find non-quads. Link here

When in polygon selection mode, goto the Selection tab of the Graphite tools.
Go to By Numeric and you can select all polys with less than 4 sides.
