Poser pro 2010 missing library Icon

Okay so I got some new content for poser pro 2010, however in the library, the figure icons are missing (Has the little poser guy shrugging his shoulders). I was wondering if anyone knew how to correct the reference to the icon for the figure.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Poser icons are normally .png files located in the install directory of the particular content. (usually c:/program files/poser/runtime/libraries/name of content)
You can make your own icons by rendering an image of the content, saving it as .png (not sure if Poser outputs .png but you could convert it in Photoshop) and putting it in the contents directory.
Check some of your other content folders for the height and width the .png needs to be.

Freddy,

Thank you for the response.

I think I found a reason why the image isn't showing up in poser pro 2010. The itme taht was installed was pre poser 2010, and therefore the image file was saved as a .rsr file and not a .png file. Therefore poser pro 2010 will not display older .rsr files.

here's the info I found:

.rsr file is a preview image of a 3D model created with Poser provides a thumbnail preview image of the model in the Library palette; saved with the same filename as the file it represents, except for the extension.

NOTE: RSR files are only used by the Windows versions of Poser before the Poser Pro Pack. They can be read by the Windows version of Poser 7 and earlier, but are not supported by Poser 8. Newer versions of Poser save preview images in the .PNG format, which is compatible with both Mac and Windows machines.

So now I must find a .rsr (Raster Image Files)to .png converter.
