Texporter
Im sure lots of people here use it, and I need some problem that may sound very newbie. After I downloaded the zip file for Texporter, I unzipped the files in the correct place it told me to. After that, I launched 3dsmax and it didnt appear anywhere. I was reading a tutorial on it and it said it should be in the Utilities section, well I checked everywhere there and still didnt find it...
and BTW, Im using 3dsmax 4. |

go 2 utilites and click on more.
like so: then scroll down, and find texporter.

strange.... there's nothing complicated about installing texporter....
does it appear in the plugin manager?

as long as you have them in the \plugins folder within your max directory it should be fine.....

unzip it anywahere..it should be a folder named plugins..take what is in it"Texporter3.dlu"..and put it in your plugins folder like Ranger said..

try searching for it by name, perhaps it may not of unzipped at all, or something else. If you can't find it try unzipping again.

you never know you might have a strange version of it.....
try downloading it from www.maxplugins.de thats the version that I got... |

is it ok if someone could send me their zip file for texporter? i searched over the net and the texporter links lead down to the same one that didnt work, or lead to a 404 link page. if anyone can, please contact me:
