Exclamation Model Position (3Ds Max 2011)

Hi,

I have made a model and then animated it but when I export the model and re-import it into my game it leaves me with his weapon in the right place but the character re-assumes the arms out position.

Any ideas anyone?

Sorry about that,

I making an RPG using XNA/C#.

I had the model in the arms out position and then went back to 'Max' to animate it. But now when I re-import it into my game it is in the arms out position instead of the first animation position that the model is set to in 'Max'.

Is something wrong with your key-framing? I heard from another animator in-game animations for characters etc. begin from the middle of the animations and then are continuous. Does this have anything to do with it? You said you are making a game with XNA/C#, are all your assets updated, values for coding in ref for the models (char.) correct?

Exclamation

I don't think it's either of those problems because I clicked on one of my modifier stack parameters earlier and he shot back from his animation position to the arms out again..

But, the bi-ped stayed in the animation position!?

Does that mean anything to you, can you understand why it would do that?

Because the problem I have now is when I'm on the modifier that puts it in the arms out position I cant just change its position because I had to use the bi-ped for that and that's already where it should be.

Angry

I have even gone back to an earlier stage of the model that was still in figure mode and edited it from there but when I exported it everything was right except for the torso again..

It still appears in the arms out position

Please, if you can help with this I will be very grateful.
