I have the 3dsmax + vray, but thinking of getting the Mental ray too. because i moved to max 2012 and i dont have vray for that yet.
Like roc said, a book well worth having

Indeed a very interesting book. I have the MR version as well. I also have the Lighting La Salle version. Now with 3DSMax 2012 I can finally do something with it (3DSMax 2010 was too slow to do anything decent with the scene. Well that was my experience anyway).
