Not bad but the proportions are a little off and that's making it look slightly uncanny. The top of the eyes are usually half-way between the top of the head and the chin but you have them higher up so the forehead isn't quite big enough. This link might help though there are plenty of other references online too

I tried to purposely enlarge his jaws and cheek ..... to give him a tougher look ... but didnt come out nicely .... i'll keep trying ...... |

When enlarging remember that the bones don't grow unless they all grow uniformly, it's actually the muscles that you want to change in size for the most part if you are trying to exaggerate specific parts of the face, so check out the muscle positions for the face and go from there
