is this competition anual event or monthly?

Hi guys I am a newbie here and I heard a lot about this competition..
but I was wondering if it's early competition or monthly. Thanks.

Dominance War is a somewhat annual thing, it was annual for four years, skipped a year, then was held this year, I'm not aware of anything for next year yet, but who knows.

If you're looking for something more regular check out the "game art" challenges section of the forum. They're not on the same scale as Dominance War, but still good fun to be had. They just finished up a challenge and are about to kick off another.
