3D modeling - how to

Hello people! I am looking to study 3D further and would ask an indication of book or video that can teach me the theory of 3D modeling tools because tutorials are easy to find, but on the logic model as I could not find anything good.

What I wanted to be looking at an object and understand what the correct way to model it for example ...

If you can indicate something or hint about it thank you very much.

Thank you guys!

Take care
