Poker - feedback please

I made this painting of some guys I used to play with in a band.
The one to the right was always the lucky one, getting the girls, won every possible little contest we had on the road and so on. Always pissing off the lead singer in the middle and bass player on the left.

So you're the guy with the hat?

Did you ejected him? Why did you say "he was", he isn't anymore?
What was his purpose on the band?

I like the story and the painting is really expressive, nice stuff!

Thanks for your comment. Our band split up last year, so thats why I am explaining in the "past". I am not in this picture, these are three of the other members, the singer in the middle. They have different personalities, thats why the characters style are a bit different. The white skin tones (kind of like zombies) are reflected on a hard/rough lifestyle. We played country/folk/punk. Glad you liked it. Cheers.
