CHARACTER Head - Need Advice

Hi, this is my second character and i wasnt going to post any pics until much later but im already sortive stuck, i need some advice on my characters eyes! I cant get the eye socket to look good and im not sure of the best way to do eye lashes and brows. As you can see i havnt started the texturing yet im going to leave that until im happy with the mesh.

edit- Hi all i updated the image on this first post because i suspected that the original was scaring people away lol.

hi

they eye seems to be into the face too deep. As you can see the eye socket pulls in the skin between the bottom of the eye and the top of the cheek, causing it to look awkward.

Try moving the eye socket out a little bit.

The eyelids need to curve around the eyeball more, at the moment it looks as though the eyes are on the side of the head, sorta. other than that its looking good

Well it all depends on the kind of look you are going for really. But since it looks like a character I once was working on, I'll assume you are going for a similar style. One of the main problems now is the whole pupil is uncovered. Generally a small portion of the top of the pupil is covered by the lid. This will help to get rid of the wide eyed look. You seem to have most of the upper eyelid hidden, or tucked under the skin from the brow ridge which is good. I think you need a little more definition between the eye socket area and the fleshy part of the cheek. Then just work on the sublte curves that bend around the eye. Try finding a picture of a female in a front on shot, then trace the outline of the eye. You'll see all the little curves of the eyelid. Here is a pic of the character I was working on that I mentioned. Hope you don't mind me posting it, I am only doing so to try and help.
