wip 3D REALTIME GAME CHARACTER (unity)

First my name is Chris Sanders and I've been working on an Inide fighting game. I'm currently doing the 3d modeling/ texturing and UI design. This is the recent update of my first character roughly 16k polys. Very simple facial rigg.

but I need some suggestions to make her look better. primarily how to properly use a specular map in unity if anyone here can help me.
