Every time I try to bake a texture map of gneetch, zbrush crashes, even if I lower the subD level. 2k seems to be too much for a texture size. actually, any texture size above 512x512 makes zB crash...

That's bizarre. If you're willing to start texturing from scratch you could use the beta version of 3d Coat to do your textures. I started using it about half way through my entry and really liked it.

phuii, dunno mate. I still have to finish the textures on the pet, and make a pedestal. Im not sure if both of themwould fit in the timeframe...
Im still searching for some sort of workaround to fix this issue with zB....
but its a usefull option if nothing elses left, thanks for the advice!
