the site isn't at 100% yet. You will have to wait abit.

edit: um, well, like stated before, I think you need to push this alot more. he needs something, anything added to him. Something that added to the over all look of the character, something that screams, I'll trash your lights, or at least gives the feeling that he could take on a whole army. What type of weapon did you have in mind. Needs to be huge, but at the same time, I can't see this boney dude holding a huge, army stomping gun.

IMHO, I say you need to go back to the drawing board and define a stronger concept. As it is now, its just a skeleton with a raggedy robe and that can't be very intimidating when compared to some of the other concepts going on. You need something that imposes respect, fear, menace, terror, and now, all I can feel for this guy is pity and the wish of handling him a roasted pork sandwich.
Don't take me wrong dude. Your entry on DWIII had much more potential and had character. Don't fail us this year and dont be afraid of taking some risks.

I have to agree with DD, going skeletal is perfect cool but its in the lack of the shnazz factor where it feels let down.
Try and create an altered concept where you can still use your current elements but he definitely needs some form of bad assery factor to stand out.
It's just very hard as there is not much lee way with a full skeletal character.

Ya, cloaked skelly is too cliche.

Reminds me of Prachet, HI I'M DEATH. HOW ARE YOU? DON'T ANSWER I KNOW ALREADY.

May I suggest the you take animal bones and add them to your human skelly. Make it less human and more tied together bones, bundles of odd bones here and there and different parts where they shouldn't be to give it a mismash kind of look but a killer profile and design. Use skulls at joints and long broken bones as claws or something. Make it fun to look at, interesting and different.

I agree with what the others have said about unique-ness and badass-ness. It just needs to be pushed more. Regular "death" or grim reaper type stuff is not really that interesting, but WHAT ABOUT making the skeleton the remains of some great demon warlord that has been exhumed and reanimated. This would allow you to keep the same theme but also bring in some cool elements like armour, additional bones, worms, dirt and decay, maybe even some demon magic that is actually responsible for bringing him back to life. Im curious to see where you take this.

Yep, just make everything bigger, more exaggerated. I find that unless you're really great with concepting, the idea's that you have in your head are going to be diluted when you've designed out your final product. You're still going to see the great big design you had in your mind, but others won't.

So take any idea or design you might have, and amp it up 30% to really help sell the idea to people.

Still sort of blah, you need more... Maybe try making the armor from fallen enemy parts (norm bones / skin , and machine guts... like taking trophies and making them functional too) or something.
