Aside from fixing the proportions (which definitely need fixing) you could also do with adjusting some of the other parts of his anatomy. The chest is very flat for example when compared to the muscle definition that is apparent from the photo of him in his leather gear. I also think the lower arms or possibly the hands are too long too, but it's hard to tell from the references

As the idea is to push things and not do a like-for-like model, why not stretch him out to a more heroic height and see what happens; you could end up with a very good style as the likeness in the head is good

Most of those shots are shot at with the camera at head level not at center as you would have in a front view in your 3d software. I would go with the proportions that cuban provided. The armor looks awesome though keep it up.

I've reproportioned the base mesh...still need some work,but I think it looks better.Thanks for your comments guys!
PS:Anybody knows a fix to "Unable to read virtual memory!" error thrown by Zbrush?It happened me twice,and crashed without saving my 2-3 hrs work.

What version of Zbrush are you using? (get r6 or r5 if you can the auto save is very helpful)
How much ram do you have?

Pay attention to your active mem. if it gets too high you can come into this error.

I have 4r4,and I really miss the autosave feature from 3ds max.I guess I will upgrade to r5,if it has autosave........
I only have 2 gig,ddr2,that's why my Pc is slow...but anyway,I didn't encounter this error until now.Maybe it has something to do with undo history,which consumes ram,i don't know.Anyway,thanks for your tip on compacting memory,I had no idea it exist...

I've run into a very annoying problem with Zbrush importing.I have this piece of geometry,wich I'm trying to import from Max into Zbrush...it has the pivot poin alligned to body base mesh(at 0,0,0),Xform resetted,but when I import it into Zbrush it appears to be somewhere in the back.I've tried positioning it in Zbrush,but when I duplicate,the second one it's in the first's original position...Also,when I imported the .obj into Max it is at the right position...Can anybody help me?I searched on Google but found nothing...

Try export your base mesh and the other piece together and delete the bm in Zbrush should fix your issue.
