i need to make somthing asymetrical and wierder, this concept just isnt doing it for me anymore. im going to sketch around for a while and see if i can think outside the box. maybe ill try robots and norms as well.

i want somthing that shows off hard surface modelling like armor, contrasted against soft fabric, with alot of asymetrical belts/zippers, it should look like it fits in with the future and the past at the same time, spikey hair, asymetrical face paint, different arms (robot, crippled, zombie, fire, tree, some kind of strange arm), big strange sword, and a wierd pet... just throwing some ideas down for a norm

i have a good feeling about this one, so i think im officially changing gears to a norm concept. its just easier to design clothes and armor for a human.

im not sure exactly where im going, i may try to mix the two ideas, by either designing armor for the big guy, or making the little guy more demonic. either way, to make somthing demonic, i need more random horns, chains, piercings, ect. right now its looking kinda cartoony.

working on the color concept for the demon. im thinking i should actually model separate teeth, instead of just drawing them in. also ive noticed that in the front view he looks like hes hunched over more than in the side view, so i will probably move his upper body foward some more.

The last update is looking pretty good. He could use a piece or two of armor on his head or the back of his neck I think. Hope you get the chance to finish this up.

Nice work. How about some glow (of fire, or something) coming through those cracks in his skin?

i had alot of school work recently, so ive been taking a break from 3d, but looking back at this, im loosing interest in my own concept. lately ive had time to do a few speed sculpts, but not enough time to finish anything. this one took 4 hours so far.
