DWIII - 3D - goat - Debello

Well I'm in for the war.I'll have his story up soon.

I'm going to add one more pose then onto the modeling. Crits are more than welcome. The proportions are done on purpose. Not the greatest way to work (mirroring) but the next pose should be better..hehe i hope.

I would say beef him up and give him broader shoulders and beefier mane; make him look more menacing. Great concept overall though.

Good Luck

Thanks guys. Got some color into it so i know where i'm going. I'm going to start the high poly this week i hope. It's kinda been a busy couple of weeks. I'll have his story soon as well. so tired.

BiG ToE-3DT- and big gloves of course

ryvick-wtf indeed!

Rych- I didn't know that. He is indeed a lighting guy.

khemist000- sure thing. i'm going to widen him a bit. His chest seems a bit too squished.

update
I think the cracks in his arms look a bit too much like glass and they should look like stone. But it will be fine on the model.
Crits are more than welcome.

Some sketches on how the armor will form on his back. kinda like a Lions mane

Gah, this guy is going to have some gorgeous normal mapping opportunities. Especially with those lion head pauldrons he has.

Not sure I totally dig the proportions as they are now. The shoulders and arms seem too square and straight. They actually seem like they are at perfect 90 degree angles to each other.

Love that knife/kard design though. The handle and curve of the blade look great.

Puckducker-Thanks man..I was going for a lot of edges with this character. I was a bit inspired by the style of the new starwars animated show coming out. Ya the proportion should be cleaned up a bit. the hands are def going to be larger but the upper body will be fixed.

kicksachi- will do! thanks

Oh yeah, I'm liking the sharp angles. I think it's just more the pose you've drawn him in, which I'm assuming the final model won't be posed the same. Looks like he's holding a couple very heavy suitcases, his arms are so straight up and down.

Good start.
The side chops look better in your concept. Angle them down like that!
