Need help for HDRI!

hello,

I have a problem.
I have received a photo of a ceramic watch from a client and I am suppose to recreate exactly the same in 3d. The problem I'm having is the fact that I need to have exactly the same reflections and I don't know how to create a bitmap or an HDRI to get the same result because once I import my bitmap I have created in photoshop, I put it as a spherical environement which deforms everything.
Does anyone can help me to create that image? I can show you the original photo if you need it.
Thanks for your help guys.

why dont you UV unwrap your watch and then directly draw the reflections on the texture, so you can put it in the reflection slot?

That sounds like a good idea, I should try this but how is it going to look once I animate it?

uhhh,... i dont think my method would work for animation, since the reflections once on texture will remain at their position..
