Preliminary modelling about 60% done, and will probably finish tomorrow.

But I wanted to show that I'm still competing.

Coming along quite nicely. I would suggest adding armor around the back waist and buttocks. Atm he looks too exposed back there.

I agree with E4sY, it looks like something is missing there on the back. The base model is very well done, I am looking forward to see more.
I think the yellow button like part with the textile in the front does not fit very well with the rest of the model (IMHO).

@TonyClifton: On a second glimpse at the model, (after a good night's sleep and a cup of coffee) I see what you mean. My idea was to have two coiled up serpents biting onto the chains (the idea for that is the serpent in Eden's punishment for tempting Adam and Eve, was the humiliation of having to support the Lord's Book). I'll have to look into how that shall be accomplished

As for the armor on the back. Again, I agree.. too lazy now to upload it but I've added an extra piece to the armor there

As or tonight's update! I've started out on the sculpting somewhat, went ahead of myself perhaps, but it's been way to long since I last played with ZBrush.. So I couldn't resist..

So I give you his head (work in progress):

And, thanks for your comments guys, I appreciate them

The patterning on the helmet looks a little shallow, but everything else is top notch! Keep it up!

Thanks.

It's gonna be interesting to see how the normal baking's gonna go. I have to be really really smart about the UVS.

Tomorrow, I will start on the lowpoly, finally Because I'm prettu much done with the sculpting (except for the pants tho).

Take a wee gander

LowPoly done, and he's got this mighty fine Mace to beat the stuffings out of his opponents.

I know the rules allow 15k, but I really wanted to have him 10k, just to be a git.
