Zbrush VS Blender - Rigging & Animation for UE4?

Hi, I'm new to the whole 3D modeling for games. From my understanding, both programs have rigging and animation option. Which is better?

based on some videos I've watched for rigging, Blender seems more complex and Zbrush looks more simple yet more advanced. Can an already rigged character be moved to Blender and still work properly? I plan to transport Zbrush models to Blender then Unreal Engine 4.

Other questions:

1) Can a separate 3D model be merged to another with a rig/bones already added with possible animations as a sub tool merge?

2)Would you suggest making animations with Zbrush or Blender?

3) Is it preferable to make weapons/armor in Zbrush or blender?

I would also like to mention that I plan to transfer premade human models from Daz Studio's Genesis 4.9 to Zbrush for further edits and possible humanoid modifications if that would cause any problems.
