Post [3Ds Max][UE4]University First Year Zelda Monopoly! Give me feedback please!

Hey people! recently i have come to the end of one of the modules of my first year and the last bit is asking for feedback! The module needed me to make an monopoly board! so i went with Zelda! I only started this September so this will also help me! Thanks!
I modelled in 3DSMax
Textured in Photoshop
Presented in Unreal editor!

Cool idea. Not a huge fan of worn out textures as they are a bit too saturated but could be fun to have your Zelda Monopoly for real.

Yeah thinking of that it would have been an amazing ideals to have the house and hotels as zelda houses! Great idea for the future thank you!
