Here is my final entry for the challenge. It was a lot of fun!

The Cottontail Rabbit has evolved into a more aggressive animal, that also has some new defensive elements. Sharp fangs and claws help it survive on smaller roddents it comes across, while also helping to protect itself from predators. It's new spotted coat helps it stay hidden in fields and bushes, and it's long tail now helps with balance as it either pounces on prey or hops away from predators on it's stronger hind legs.

This isn't your sister's cute little pet.

Well, would have been fun to see other entries. There were so many ways to go with the topic. I'll try and make it a point to get in on as many future topics as I can.
