I think, I would make it not so dark, add lights also give him room to breath give a little headroom, its not an avatar picture. give the background some lighter color so contrast we can see the shape more clear

Thank you! very insightful comment, i'm thinking of color adjustments towards the end of this piece. and yes, your comment on the head part is good, i just saw that it's a bit stiff with that look.

Great atmosphere, I suggest making the main light source more obvious like on the face and it would be cool if you light the creature on the bottom just using the lights from his armor suit.
I really like this idea keep it up

Thanks!!!! i already did light the creature with the reflected light from the armor its just that i havent posted it yet. With regards to the face, i'll do that! good suggestion! Thanks again!
