I agree with dhin, #4 is the one to go with as much as I love #2 it looks like it will take away from the character with such wide blades. He is already a big guy adding a such a large blade will take the viewers eyes away from the character. The head looks to be the correct size now too, before it looked like he had a baby-face with a demon body. Now with the new face I would hate to come across this guy in a dark-alley.

Love the concept man. I think you could do a little more with the shape of the head and maybe a little more with the hands or feet. But once you get the tools in it should be great.

That base mesh is very solid the uvmapping should work with very little piecing and sewing.

hulahuga - Thanks dude. Yep, it's a lowpoly with a meshsmooth set to 1 over the top. That is my base model that I'm sculpting to add details in Mudbox and ZBrush

buzz001 - Thanks! I'll probaly start with that lowpoly to build the game model, but I'll add a ton of details I reckon.

Base mesh looks cool, though I think the proportions of the legs look a little too straight. Could easily be fixed up in zbroosh though.
